I ordered 2 bearings. Both came completely dry, no lube at all. Luckily there is enough of a gap between the two halves to force some grease into the bearings.One bearing is a little gritty. The second will barely turn at all (The outside shield was stamped too tight). With a little small screw driver work I was able to make the second bearing usable for my VERY LOW SPEED application.You get what you pay for!
