I get a strap for each guitar or bass. These strap buttons hold the straps in place nicely without any issues. I have had straps fall off the standard small strap buttons, but not any of the oversized buttons. If you remove the strap when not playing go with strap locks, if you leave the strap on go with oversized strap buttons.

It’s as advertised and the String trees seems very nice , where I’m dinging stars ,this thing took way to long to get here ,should have been here in. Purple weeks but for some reason it took way to long with out any mention why it took as long as it did to ship the thing..

Installed on Fender Jazz Bass build; does its job holding the 1st and 2nd strings in place, easy to install, matches the black hardware, pretty much all I'm looking for. Very satisfied.

It was a little bit smaller than the original that was chrome but it still worked like a charm. Took off all the chrome from the bass and just blacked out everything.

I looked at a lot of different string retainers. I don't like those that have slots on the bottom. This one is an exact match to standard issue Fender, only in black! I bought it to match black tuners and it looks and works great!
