I'm on day 3 of using the washer and I gotta say, it's surpassed my expectations. It's very quiet - i didnt even realize the spin cycle was happening. Moderately dirty clothes have been clean and the end spin cycle is just as good as in a regular washer. I attach the water hose to my kitchen faucet, and the drain hose empties into my kitchen sink - the drain pump has no problem draining at that height. I also separately purchased a dolly-type frame on locking wheels so I can roll it out of the way when not using it. Really impressed overall so far. EDIT: almost a month later and still going strong. I use it about 2-3 times per week. I've tried all the cycles, from quick wash to a long wash, from clothes to area rugs and mop heads, and everything is consistently fresh, clean, and well-spun, as good as a full-sized washer.

We love the way this washing machine works. It is just right for two people. Spins the clothes really well. The only problem we have is that sometime during shipping something sharp pierced the bottom of the packing material (Styrofoam) and up into the machine causing two holes to be pierced into the plastic tub that surrounds the washing tub and thus leaking badly. We have found the leaks and are working to stop them, and are down to only small drips that be wiped up with a towel. However, we think you should tell the supplier to use a pallet to ship on instead of just Styrofoam to eliminate this danger.

Update:We are now returning this machine. The day after I wrote the original review, the machine leaked from the bottom (so maybe I was right before.) Plus, it wasn't emptying all the water out, even when the drain hose was BELOW the bottom of the machine (believe me, we tried everything.) Because of this, the clothes were not being spun out all the way and everything went into my dryer really wet and took forever to dry.I really tried to give it a chance after the hose fiasco but I shouldn't need to try so hard with a $200 item.Had a lot of problems with the water intake hose because it leaked horribly at both ends. It leaked so bad that at first I thought the machine was leaking. I ended up getting an actual washing machine hose and no leaks. So my advice is to use a better hose.The only thing I wish was better was the spin cycle. The clothes are much more wet than I'm used to so it takes quite a bit longer in my dryer.Basically a good machine but could be better.

The pipe fitting is incomplete, have to be pouring water with a container even though I've spent more than 20 dollars trying to get the right fitting, I'm now thinking of putting it out and go get one at a physical store.

Needed an inexpensive washer for just myself, this one works great- easy controls, lots of settings. Takes about 45 minutes per load and does a good job. I connected it using an old washer hose directly to my washer hookups and it does well (so I didn't use the included water hose, only the drain hose) Surprisingly low vibration of the machine during use.

I didn’t dislike a single thing about my washer I’ve been going to friends houses to wash my cloths an my kids cloths and when I saw this washer I had to give it a try an I did not regret it it washes cloths just like a normal size washer ,even pulled stains outta my boys cloths it worked so well I stay in a camper after hurricane ida an this is perfect for my family now we wash our on cloths definitely don’t regret this purchase will be buying the dryer soon ! If there was 10 stars I’d give that
