This is a wonderful washer and spin dryer! I absolutely love this machine, it is so easy to use,the clothes are almost dry when the spin cycle is done,it fits perfect in my apartment, it is worth the purchase!But just know that the washer agitates very strongly so your clothes gets vey clean,and drains very well. ENJOY!!

Had a draining issue with the wash-machine. Contacted seller and problem was resolved. Would definitely recommend.

The spin drum stopped working after just a couple uses. Customer service was amazing, tried to help me fix it, but when it couldn't be fixed they gave me a full refund. Overall happy with my experience.

I'm disappointed for the measurement are quit different from what the description shows. Is much larger the they describe it. The real measurement are 32 high x 26.5 wide x 16.5 deep. I really cant use it for the purpose I bought it. They should be honest by giving the right measurements in order to get what poeple look for.

This washer is so amazing it's manual to a point but it cleans my clothing really well 15 min cycle manually rinse and then it has on the other side a spin cycle that spins the clothing to almost dry which is perfect for my electric mini dryer hands down I will definitely buy it again if something happens to this one we love it

Washing clothes, but I believed it had a dryer included and it did not. I was very disappointed. If I still had the box it came in I would return it.

Received the product sooner then was expected, unfortunately it did not work. Reached out to customer service and dealt with Lynn who was AMAZING! She tried everything in her power to see if we could fix it but unfortunately nothing worked. I did request a refund instead of just replacing it as we decided to just old school(ish) it and do our laundry at the laundromat. Thank you Lynn for your hard work! You made the experience as smooth as possible and I appreciate that!
