i used this tutu for my volleyball senior night and it came in exactly like the pictures and worked so well. the wires are easy to move around to how you like and the battery box is well hidden. the waist was very stretchy so it fit well, the length and thickness were great, the lights were bright and the stars were so cute. i definitely recommend

This is a cheap thin tutu but lights work and honestly it was cute addition for neon night costume. It was also easy to pack. I really enjoyed it. I would have liked more lights if I’m being honest but I can do that myself

Overall impression:Make sure you go through the actual review pictures before purchasing to make sure it will serve your specific needs.Lights:-I had to return the first tutu because the lights did not work.-There are less lights in the actual skirt compared to the picture, only about 1 strand throughout.Fabric:-Layers were not as full as the they look in the product picture (only 2 layers)-If you need this for a ballet/dance costume, it would probably not look full or vibrant under stage lightsElastic cover:-elastic was strong but the waist fabric was not high qualityColor:-Actual color was darker in person (see review picture)

This was suppose to fit plus size. I am an 18 and I could not get it above my thighs. It is cute and I will probably use it to make a wreath for Christmas.

What appears to be lined isn’t actually lined, there is a very scant amount of lights wrapped around and the “seams†holding these lights in aren’t even stitched. It’s two pieces of nano-tape (without the plastic peeled off I had to do that myself) half stuck to the fabric.Although the outer tulle is pretty I honestly expected more for what it was and how it was depicted. This is the type of thing that would come in a “princess†kit you get at the dollar store for a toddler.Also you’d have to be a pretty petite adult to have this fit you. It’s more “youth†size than adult. It would be stretched and lose it’s pleating on an average adult. (Aka my toddler can fit in it loosely)

I love the skirt, it's super pretty. But I bought this for a glow parade and there's not even LED lights in it to glow.. very bummed about it.
