How could I use the 180-degree rotation on it?
If you want to use the 180° rotate, please press ATTR++/ATTR to display "MIRROR" then press VAL++/VAL- to adjust the screen.
Why is there no sound？
Please make sure that your input and output device is 1080P.
Why is the remote not work？
Please check your input and output device’s resolution is 1080P.
How to do if it doesn’t work with the 1x3 portrait mode？
Please adjust the resolution to 1080P of the input and output device.
Note that Please use the 2x2 mode if you want to use on the game. It will show great in the 2x2 mode.
Why there is no image on the TV?
Please check the monitor port first and use the HDMI to HDMI CABLE 19-1 to connect the TV.
If you use the HDMI to DVI cable connecting the TV, there will be no display due to lack of power.

We were a bit disappointed when one quadrant wasn’t quite right. Requested a replacement and it worked perfectly. We are looking forward to college football rivalry weekend as well as NFL Playoffs and SuperBowl.

Works great!!! Don’t come with any directions. But it’s easy to figure out. Plug and play runs smoothly picture looks amazing. A1 product so far so good. Will update if any bad happens ðŸ‘ðŸ¾

Tried to use with a 2x2 video wall setup... There is a white line that appears between displays and the picture is not at all smooth. Not very intuitive to use or setup. I would definitely not recommended this product. Looks else where. Save your time, and your money. Very disappointed. I ended up purchasing a product from J-Tech Digital instead.

At first, trying this out we hit a snag. After getting everything hooked up and working we celebrated by watching the Cubs play. Our initial excitement turned to disappointment as after 10 minutes, the picture had a very distracting and noticeable pink tint. I contacted customer support (service@nierbo.com) and received a reply within a day, they would ship a new device to me and I could send the old one back. Fast forward a couple of days with new one in hand, I hooked it up and it works wonderfully! I have four 1080P tvs and each is showing full 1080P resolution. We watched the Cowboys play a preseason game and no issues at all. The only minor wish to make it perfect would be to allow 4 tvs plugged in but when you switch the display type it would only push out to those tvs. Meaning if I have 4 tvs and want to watch a game across two of them I wish I could change the display to 2x1 without having to unplug the other two tvs. Again a minor issue to an otherwise incredible product! I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a bigger picture with better brightness than a projector. Also great customer service with the one that was bad. It happens and they were quick to resolve!

Sound issue resolved with the company's help. Amazing sound. It's just what I imagined when I designed my man cave. I contacted the company by email. They went above and beyond to help me. They were very kind and patient. Immediately responded to my questions. Walked me through troubleshooting. Sent me pictures and video to help fix the issue.Works great with my Samsung TVs. Great product Great company Great Service.

When I got it I saw that the image in the two bottom TVs were blinking. He has a lot of lines and I told where the cables and I change it but we didn't. Sound is great but the image going to the TV which was supposed to be 4k is not so I don't know if it's a setting process or is what but I didn't messing around with it and now she had happened. I can't get a fix

Funciona bien pero no me dio la cuadratura correcta entre cada pantalla, y no se si si por alguna configuración en los aparatos, pero se apagaba continuamente
