I’m able to cook a few cookies and biscuits on my new pan. The capacity is great as I like the Ninja Foodi. The non stick coating is amazing along with the quality is great. I have used a solid copper scrubber and barkeeps friend which turns this pan to new. Time really impressed with the baking capacity and how light weight it is compared to my wife’s other pans.

I love my ninja toaster oven but this pan makes it easier and more secure to keep items on the tray. Looks like a better non stick surface too.

I've used this casserole every other day since buying it. As a casserole, it easily fit a full recipe of cheesey chicken and mac that feeds a family of 6. I also made 9+ cups of Chex mix which was still easy to mix while baking. Potato wedges are a breeze - little olive oil and seasonings then 450F for 15 minutes - perfect. I also tried a cake. There's a 1/4-inch rise in the middle of the pan so the cake is uneven but the bake was good. I sliced the cake in two, started a layer cake and trimmed the uneven sides. Turned out great - also cooked way fast so watch out.

I hated the uneven surface of the sheet pan that came with my Ninja flip oven: it has a higher centre and a wide, lower area that borders the entire pan. That made it impossible to keep items in the centre, and it also interfered with my parchment paper sheets because of the differences in elevation of them and thus, it as hard to keep sauces and glazes in place on the food rather than running off to the edges. This single-level surface also makes the pan far easier to clean also cleans easier. Very sturdy, too. I am so happy to have bought this one!

Non stick easy to clean.It sits on the rack - not slides into the grooves. Not an issue I just couldn’t tell.Great for baking!
