My over when out and I needed to have it repaired. This was purchased to help cook dinner while I wait for the repair to take place. It works great and I can make an entire dinner in it at once. The side is decent about the size of a large size microwave. Cooks wonderfully and the best part is it has two different areas to cook in. I love it.

I bought mine from woot as a refurbished but honestly, it came beautiful no dense nothing no marks on it packaged very well. Had all the pieces and I was able to scan the QR code for the manual to figure out temperatures and things, but I’ve used it a few times the food comes out beautiful. I’ve had other brands, but this one with the dual ovens and temperature gauge for each one help me very much put together a meal with ease I would recommend this product and don’t be afraid to check the you know secondhand or even refurbished because sometimes they’re perfect as well and you get a big discount. I saved a lot by this

I can find no fault worthy of complaint after a few months of use. However, I would prefer to have the ability to change cooking time for all choices. For instance, for toast you pick darkness then number of slices, it decides how long to cook which often doesn’t produce the result I wanted. I suspect many may like this since it removes having to decide, but I don’t. I would also like it to use vsync which is a feature that allows appliances to notify my phone when cooking is complete.

Very easy to use. I would recommend this product to every one because Ninja is high quality products. It's very easy to clean. Plus it great value for the item you get. It on the heavier side but I have no problem moving it. It cook items and make toast very well.

I was very disappointed with this air flyer because it does not fulfill this function, the truth is that it works more like a conventional oven since the hot air comes out of one side of the oven and does not go from top to bottom as the others do. So the wings do not come out crispy as the other Ninja air fryers do. Very sad about this fact, I will not return it because I have already used it like 5 times with frustrating results as air fryers and since it is used I certainly think they would throw it in the trash and I do not want to harm the environment. And well, I will use it as a small conventional oven. Gentlemen Ninja, this design where the hot air comes out of one side does not work as an air fryer. And on the other hand, I did not receive the recipe book that goes with this air fryer, if you can send it to me I would appreciate it. Nija is a great brand, my kitchen only has Nija products, but be careful with this and inform your customers well, because as a conventional oven it is wonderful, not as an air fryer.

The top can color toast rapidely. The botton air fry works also verry good.

This is absolutely wonderful. I did not realize that this model does not have the capability of an external thermometer though. I wish it had that, but I really wanted the copper color. And I liked the idea of recycling. We have used several of the features and they all work very well. We have barely used our oven or microwave this summer.

Excelente producto, cumple con todas mis expectativas, solo un detalle trae las instrucciones en inglés y no trae instructivo de uso, pero llamando a ninja México ,solucionaron el problema!
