I was a little nervous about the set-up being too difficult. I was really pleased to see your instructional video online for the Monkey Line. The video took me step-by-step through the process and it was surprisingly easy! The quality of the Monkey Line is fantastic and the obstacles are super fun. My kids, who were impatiently waiting for me to set-up the course were happily surprised when I said "all done", much sooner than I promised. Great experience all around and the kids can't get enough of the Monkey Line. The love playing on it every day!

Easy set up and you can arrange it how ever you want. You have to loosen it up to adjust distance between obstacles. I use it for autistic 12 year old and my 5 year old. I have about 15 feet of it out, and its very stury at that distance. I had it further, but it created more sag. At longer distanced, you can easily add additional obstacles/swings.

It’s a good addition for the backyard activity for the kids. The build quality is nice too. But it did not meet my daughter’s expectation because it’s not like the usual money bars in the park, it’s much harder than that. Transitioning from one obstacle to the other is very tough because it keeps swinging. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 3 is that the quality of the product itself is good even though my expectations of the product were not met.

Very happy with this purchase. Got it for my kids aged 4 and 6, a year later they are still using it regularly (I take it down now and then, which keeps up the novelty factor). Fairly easy to set up, especially after you've done it once. We did have a break in one of the components after about 9 months of hard play - it was still secure, but I couldn't release the ratchet to take the lower line down. Emailed customer service and they replied within 12 hours, shipping out a replacement part immediately. Would highly recommend this product.

The three boys have had so much fun ! It was so easy to install & fun right away. They play on it even before school in the mornings. It is strong & well made.

The components are great, the quality was very apparent. My kids are absolutely loving it and I think it looks really good in our yard.

Product seems ok but it came short a few clamps meaning we can’t hang a few of the obstacles. Customer service took a week to get back to me just to send me the wrong clamps . And have been ghosted since

The ratchet system is strong and sturdy making it super easy to install. It also includes padding to not damage the trees you are attaching this to.

The line we purchased has been perfect for our back yard. Very easy set up (done by the hubs) we had an issue with one of the triangle holds as it snapped in the middle. (It happens) I directly emailed the company and they were lovely to deal with. They replaced it free of charge. Were fast and courteous through the conversation. We also have their zipline (kids loooove it) and we are overly please with that as well. 5 stars for both the item and the hyponix team if you ever end to deal with them.

Mes enfants s’amusent beaucoup avec le jeu , mais j’aimerais que les attaches puissent se vendre individuellement ( séparément) pour qu’on puisse ajouter quelques obstacles.Si non super produits que mes enfants utilisent à tous les jours .

Two of the swing rope attachments are broken within a week of setup. We have tried requesting replacement pieces but no response from Amazon. Unfortunately this product is very poor quality.

It hasn't even been a month and one of the wooden bars cracked and one of the accessories broke. My kids are tiny 4 and 6 years old. So very disappointed, I don't recommend.
