... Or at least your body! This is a very sturdy, well-designed Yoga Chair. Great for all sorts of poses that require balance and stability and even a little risk taking such as wheel pose and shoulders stand. Chair Yoga is great for all levels -- but having a chair you can trust your body on is most important. I was a little sticker shock at how expensive these chairs are and picked the one with the best price comparably. And I was not disappointed. Very well made. Not sure about the slide thing -- that may have to wait!

I'm older and less flexible now. But I want to remain active as possible and actually ENJOY my workouts. I find yoga modified with the chair very helpful. This one is sturdy and perfect for my needs.

This is a great yoga chair. Very sturdy. Only issue was the horrible smell. Had to leave it in the garage for several days before bringing it in.

The chair was sturdy and folded up to fit nicely in a tight spot. That being said, I returned it. If I could get in those positions, I would not need the chair. My mistake in thinking it could help me in some way.
