using the locking S-biner on these is the key. so much more reliable than the others i've tried. it's saved my phone from being left in the woods a number of times when i was out on a search or hiking with my dogs. and at just over 5 feet, as long as i have it connected to a chest zipper/d-ring, it doesn't even hit the ground when it drops.

I use a phone tether while hiking, to keep my phone (a Google Pixel 6) protected yet close for navigation and photos. I originally started using the stretchy silicone 'x' type tethers, but they blocked the cameras on the Pixel, and barely stretched far enough.This tether is so much better! It is thin and fits easily between any case I use. The tether ribbon stays out of the way of the charging port and cable, and I no longer have anything blocking my camera. It's a lot easier to get the phone untethered (just pop it out of the case). I also appreciate how the carabiners are solidly built and have a locking feature, so I know the tether will no accidentally unlatch. The Bungie cord part is stretchy, so I can bring my phone from a pouch on my hip to arms length in front of me or held out for a picture without having to pull hard, and without excess cord getting in the way when my phone is put away. This tether really has it all.

Bought these for a trip to Paris to keep my phone secure. It worked very well. Fortunately I had no encounters with pick pocketers, so I can't say how well it would have worked for that. But I almost dropped my phone taking photos on a museum staircase and it didn't fall thanks to the cord wrapped around my wrist 🙂Small tip though: for about a day, I couldn't figure out why I was having a hard time clipping and unclipping the hook. I thought it was tough so it would be more secure. As it turns out, there's a small switch that you turn left and right that locks the clip. So I was supposed to turn the switch, clip the cord, then turn the switch back to ensure the clip cannot open up. Took me a while to realize that.

I purchased this to protect my phone from falling into the water when working and hiking in wetlands. I attach the clip to the belt loop of my hiking pants, so if it falls out of my pocket, or I drop it while I’m using it it won’t fall into the water. It works well with my phone and case (iPhone with otter box).The one problem I’ve found is that overtime the tab that goes between the phone and the case shifts down and can start to block the charging port at the bottom of the phone. This is not a big deal if you are only using occasionally, your case is fairly easy to remove, or you only use MagSafe charging. However, it can be a problem if you’re trying to charge your phone on a portable charger while simultaneously using the tether.Despite that issue, I still recommend this product for anyone who need to keep their phone securely attached to them!

Bought 2 for a trip abroad. LOVED it! Was able to attach to my travel purse, and the coils extended long enough to keep attached to take photos, use google maps when walking, etc. Highly recommend as it gave us peace of mind from Pick pockets or someone grabbing it out of our hands.

Bought two of these (one for me, one for my partner) to take on adventures in October 2022. They were purchased specifically for hot air balloning, hiking in national parks and caving. We continue to use these daily because we just like the functionality of the teather. For daily use, I clip the tether to itself to make a loop and find that it's very easy to fish my phone out of my pocket. After 5 months of continuous use, the tether is holding up great and it continues to do its job well.

I am very happy with the lanyard. Love the security and convenience it offers. I am looking forward to using it on my next travel plan. Attaches securely to belt or bag. I have a sturdy identity wrist bracelet that I can attach the lanyard to that means it is not able to be snatched out of my hand.Best investment.Now no fears of dropping my phone or having it snatched .

J’ai dû reprendre les transports franciliens quelques temps, et n’avais pas envie de me poser la question du maintient ferme de mon téléphone à chaque arrêt en station.J’ai donc opté pour ce dispositif et j’en suis ravi, paraît robuste, systeme d’attache qui vient de loge entre la coque et le téléphone, la boucle dépasse par le trou du chargeur sans pour autant empêche le branchement de ce dernier (iPhone 13 Pro Max).Ainsi cette boucle permet d’attacher / détacher le téléphone de la dragonne en deux secondes.Pour moi la dragonne est attachée elle a mon sac à dos, et est suffisamment longue pour que j’utilise confortablement mon mobile même s’il est attaché.5 étoile !
