We have 2 large litter boxes in our garage that our 2 large cats access from a pet door. We were constantly sweeping &/or using a leaf blower to keep the loose litter from accumulating, walking through it, making its way into the house…At first I was afraid it would be hard to get the litter out of the “webbingâ€. But most can be “poured†back into the litter boxes. It’s even heavy enough to be vacuumed. It’s soft, not “prickly†like some styles, so the cats will step onto it rather than jump over it. Minimizes clean up in the area. Note that we’re using 2 mats overlapping in the photo.Update July, 2023 - All of my original comments stand. I will note, however, that our garage can get very hot in the late afternoon summer heat when the sun shines directly on the garage doors for several hours. This morning when my husband changed the litter boxes the mats were stuck to the concrete floor. I was not present, but he stated that the first one started to stick but came up ok. The second one, however, was so stuck that it fell apart trying to pick it up. I was not present to "witness" this. But I can still see some of the material stuck to the garage floor (just not cleaned up yet), and one of the mats is in shreds. Apparently the material is not resistant to very high temperatures. In the future I will put some type of fabric between the mat & the concrete (an old towel, sheet...). Otherwise, we are still pleased with how it minimizes scattered litter for us. And we still find it to be easily cleanable. Our cats had been declawed when we adopted them, so they don't scratch. They have never urinated on it but sometimes do miss when they poop. We can still shake much of the litter out and remove more with the vacuum. We don't expect to get 100% out. Apparently our cats are are just not very messy in the litter boxes. We've had others that were, though.

We use this on tile for 2 litter boxes. Love that it can accommodate both boxes with space in front for the cats to jump out on. It collects a lot of litter, but it’s not going to collect it all. Overall, it does a decent enough job.

No more mess! I have a huge cat that makes huge messes and this captures 95% of the liter that comes off his claws after he gets out. It’s not scattered all over the floor. Super easy to clean, takes seconds to just vacuum it. Will definitely last! Just get the biggest size, it will be worth not having liter tracked all over your floor anymore.

Bought this for my new kitten’s litter box. I can’t stand to step on litter,so I knew I had to get something for that ASAP. This works so far. As you can see,no litter tracking outside of the rug. One of my biggest pet peeves about litter boxes, fixed. I def recommend. Only downside is it’s not very big as you can see in the photo. But it’s perfect size to fit outside the litter box.

This is a nice keep mat to put in my cat feeding houses so they have something nice to sit on. However, this mat is NOT waterproof at all. If water gets underneath it it will not breath and keep your floor wet underneath. Water soaks through mat as well. Easy to sweep food off it but would never want to wash it. Would not be easy to dry it. Nice cheap mat for my purpose but would NEVER use under a litter box unless you want pee soaking into the floor underneath the mat.

Great litter mat to pull litter off the Paws when the cat leaves the box. Love it.

My cat has been seen playing with, and eating hair ties/elastics. I read reviews..that said there’s cat(s) we’re eating the edges. Mine has done it for my attention. Although now stared to do the same-eat the material wound up (the pattern) of the carpet. Strange. She doesn’t do that my doormat or any other cloth carpeting in my apartment. Looks like a rubber mat or regular carpet.

It doesn’t completely stop the litter from spreading onto the floor.
