The LED assembly was too long to fit into the lamp housing properly.. it contacts with the inside of the lens before it can be locked in place

The bulbs are too long and press up against the glass.

The bulbs are over an inch too long and press up against the front of light housing, can not lock in place.They ARE bright.. but who cares since they don't fit.
