I bought this Polaris Sportsman RC item for my grandkids when they come to visit. It worked fine for a little over a year then the forward drive function failed. Even though I had it for a year it got used maybe once a month and I thought it should last longer before becoming defective. Maybe my experience was just a one off. Its made in China so maybe it cheaply made. the plastic parts held up well but the electronics failed. It wasn't exposed to water and I stored it safely indoors. so I wouldn't buy this again unless I also purchase an extended warranty. Kids loved it while it lasted.

Horrible RC vehicle I recommend buying this if you wanna stare at it all day but do not buy it if you genuinely like to have fun with them because it’s so weak (even with brand new Duracell batteries) that it won’t even go over my carpet I was soo upset and I would never ina million years get another one of these and I feel very sorry to everyone that got one or ever thought about getting one

We bought this as a cheap remote control car for my son. It is so hard to tell good items from bad on Amazon, so we did not want to risk buying something too expensive.While we did not expect this to be a top of the line toy, I did expect it to work. The vehicle went forward and backward, mostsly, but turning L/R was difficult. You basically had to stop it, turn, then move forward or backward. It was also very loud and clunky sounding. No power what so ever if you would expect it to climb even a slight incline. I returned this item because it did not perform the basics well. Even for an inexpensive toy I do not see this item as being worth it.

Didn’t even have a chance to put batteries in it! Couldn’t even withstand a fall from the couch. My son is pretty upset and now I have to get him a new one. This was his gift from “Santaâ€, asked him for a remote control quad. He deserves a new one.
