My husband ordered this for Mother's Day and I am so happy he did! At first it seemed a bit daunting and let me say you definitely do feel the burn while on this stepper but not so badly that I was unable to use it for the 10-15 minutes each day. I really love how it came with this anti-slide piece that goes underneath it so if you are using yours on hard flooring you won't have to worry about it sliding out from under you at all....it really does stay in place very nicely. I haven't had any issue with sliding at all. I have been using this since Mother's Day and I have rather quickly gone up from 5 minutes at a time to 10 and now 15-20!You will get your cardio and strengthen muscles which is such a great thing when you think about the fact that this is something you are able to do right in the comfort of your own home. I don't know about you but I hate going to the gym, I have this fear of looking stupid since I have no idea what machine to use for what and I get self conscience. I have lost around 10lbs and I definitely feel that the muscles in my legs and glutes are getting much stronger. I usually take my dog for a walk in the morning then I get back, rest for just a bit then get on the stepper and I will feel like I just had the absolute best workout of my life!!Would I recommend this particular stepper? Yes, absolutely!! If you are looking to up your workout game then look no further because this is all you will need and I bet you will love it as much as I do!!

As one of the cheapest steppers on the market, I should have known that this would not be of high quality. It was made so poorly it could not be adjusted in any meaningful way, and I sent it back almost immediately. Invest in something higher quality if you're looking to work out at home.

The stepper is really good and compact, perfect for what I need. However, the display simply stopped working after one day of use, it doesn't turn on when I start exercising and even if I turn it on manually, it's stuck in the "stop" mode and doesn't count anything.

You might hear some squeaky noise when stepping on the pedals when exercising

Was really excited to use it when unable to go to the gym but it’s really squeaky on my second use which it’s really annoying considering I live with other people
