If you have a John Deere X485, X585 or newer X700 series garden tractor, you know that the battery is buried up front, under the muffler and behind the grille. The hood must be removed to access it.If you live in a northern climate, and happen to have a snowblower or front blade attached, a dead battery becomes a major, major PIA to get the tractor jump-started.This is the ideal solution if you have a NOCO jump pack. Permanently installed on the tractor's battery, this harness runs back along the left side of the tractor inside of the hood and rests roughly near the starter solenoid.Lift the hood, plug in the NOCO jump pack and you are off and running. The price of the harness is worth every penny if you even have to use it once- it will save you tons of frustration and keep your expletives to a minimum.

I LOVE my Noco Boost. I bought this cable so I could attach to the battery on my bike and not have to remove the seat. For years I had another brand cable and battery charger and did this. This cable is of such quality and size it will not fit in the battery compartment of my bike - there just is not enough room. It's really, really close, but just not enough room to attach - the cables are just too thick. Probably three times the size of the old cable I was using.I'm keeping though - perhaps when I need a new battery I can find one that will allow me to use this cable. Or maybe a new bike in the future.

This was installed on my wife’s Acura MDX and without it you couldn’t connect the jump box without disabling parts. This is a must have and so much easier to hookup should my wife need. Well worth it

Likes:This is very handy for vehicles that are not driven regularly. My car sits in the garage most of the year, blocked in by other vehicles. I was using the Noco Genius1 with the included alligator clips to keep my battery charged up, but always worried if I was getting a solid connection., This product has allowed me to install a permanent connection that I know is connected properly. It is easy to connect my battery to the charger with this setup. I had to get creative with how it was installed, but I think that is part of the fun :)Note: I did have a bit of trouble getting the positive terminal installed without blocking use of the positive terminal pole cover that comes with my car. I was ultimately able to find a position that worked.Dislikes:The plastic cap at the end of GBC007's boost connector does not stay inserted. That part needs a redesign, or maybe should be a rubber plug instead of plastic.The product page says this is 18" long, but the box says 14"

Works great so far. Used it to jumpstart my motorcycle. Clamps are a bit large for the small motorcycle battery.

I installed this item on my 2021 freewheeler Harley Davidson, installation was easy. I have yet to have to actually use this for my battery being drained due to the fact that I am eliminating the reason for the drainage of battery. Very good work very weathered dependent sealed. Do not have to worry about corrosion installed within 30 minutes, Bert

Installed on my battery on my Yamaha Bolt motorcycle, so that I can more easily use the NOCO GB40 Boost Plus jump starter without having to take off the seat, use jumper cables, etc. Very thick cables and feels high quality. Installation was easy enough but due to the thickness of the cables, just made it a little tight to get it into a convenient but safe spot. I like that it comes with the adapter for the Noco battery charger, which I do not own yet but will likely be purchasing to use with this as well. One minor complaint is that the cap that plugs onto the end is tricky to keep on if you don't press it on just right.

I have the Noco jump pack and trickle charger. Both attach directly to this cable easily. The cable itself has a dust cap to cover the connector when not is use. Easy way to eliminate the alligator clamps that would usually have to be hooked up.You will have to have terminals that this can attach to so be aware of that.

I really like the quality of this cable, it’s heavy duty and due to the fact it is winter here in Canada right now I haven’t installed it on my motorcycle just yet but it is connected to my battery which is out of my bike and inside the basement for the cold months.I charge the battery regularly with the cable connected and it sure is easier than using alligator clamps. No need to worry about knocking a clamp off the battery if I am doing other things in that area.I like the fact that you can just plug it in and disconnect as needed and also just plug in the NOCO boost module if that need ever arises.
