These are the most comfortable knee pads that I have ever worn. Did notice that the stitching was coming loose on one of the straps so I notified the company. Within 1 week, a new pair arrived, no fuss! Excellent quality and customer service!

Not ergonomically friendly. Although it does its job to protect and give cushion to your knees, it is not so comfortable overall.UPDATE: I've added a star to this product due to its costumer service excellence. After my initial review with 3 stars, No Cry reached out to assure me that I'm satisfied with the product and issued a refund without question. I would like to be clear that the added star was not a reflection of the refund but that No Cry believe in their product's quality standard. I'm impressed with that and although it was not a perfect fit for me does not mean the product is not good.

What a pleasant experience it was communicating with this company in regards to a product I ordered that didn’t withstand the test of time and durability. Within 24hrs of contacting them, I had a new product shipped directly to me with no issues and have had no issues since. knee pads are very good quality. these are my 2nd pair but just like the previous ones the straps are too long and don't quite fit tight enough to keep them up. I got to constantly be pulling them up. these new ones are a different model from my first ones those where Hella comfortable. the only reason that I got another set was because those were elastic straps and they kept getting longer where I it became a Saftey issue.
