I had to do a fair amount of scrubbing when they arrived due to a lot of that blush one sees on silicone items but once that was done they clean easily. They don't have a lot of capacity but if you read the description you know what you're getting. They work well, no odors, and they contain the food.The only caveat is you won't get any bottom browning. Most of the oven roasting I do is on a beautifully seasoned sheet pan so even with parchment the food gets a nice browning where it touches the pan, even as low as 325-350F. As expected, you won't get that with these. What you will get is a nice lip to contain any juices or marinades. So mushrooms and tomatoes and anything saucy can go on the same sheet pan as your dry roast ingredents without getting all over and it retains the saucy goodness.For my purposes it's a limited application but the times I do need it I'm glad to have it.

The silicone pans I received are somewhat warped on the sides, but they work well to contain the mess of roasting several foods at one time and are easy to clean afterwards. They also fit inside smaller ovens, including countertop toaster ovens and keep their shape if supported with a baking sheet. If whatever is baking or roasting is likely to produce spill-able liquid I would not recommend moving these somewhat floppy pans without such support. Once the cooked food is removed from the pan excess grease or other liquid can be safely poured or wiped out before washing by hand or in a dishwasher. The silicone releases cooked remnants easily. I also appreciate the holes for hanging on my overhead rack for pots & pans as they do stack somewhat, saving space while remaining easily accessible. And I have seen no discoloration or further warpage from washing these in the dishwasher. Overall, these silicone pans seem to be sturdy, well made, and contain foods to be baked or roasted more securely than flat pans lined with parchment or foil.

The second set I ordered allows me to use more of the area in my sheet pan, keeping the stainless steel pan pristine when baking multiple potatoes. Silicone is easy to wash off and is also sturdy enough to handle heavy potatoes.

This is a game changer for cooking single or double servings at one time! The large compartment works great for the main course and the 1/2 tray is perfect for your side item. It's easy to clean and store. This product allows you to create your meal on 1 cookie sheet, which a non-stick surface! I would highly recommend!!

When opening these up, you see that they are smaller than what was depicted in the pictures.You will only get one slice of salmon in each container. These would be great for single serving meals, but cooking for a whole family they don't hold enough.The idea is great, they just need to be bigger.Also, after a trip through the dishwasher the color has gotten a little milky, so that's concerning.

These silicone baking dividers are pretty useful when baking different food items. They keep everything separated great. I only wish they were slightly more rigid so removing them from the oven was a little easier. Other than that, they’re great!

We love to do appie night, just make a little bit of all kinds of stuff. Some things need to cook longer and some need to cook shorter, some things are dry and some are saucy so using these is perfect for putting in the oven at different times and not getting thd saucy all over everything.They are very flexible so definitely require caution when removing from the hot oven. I wash them in the dishwasher and they do come clean but they are starting to discolor a bit.Overall I am very happy with them.
