- In case of stubborn stains, please soak in hot water and detergent for a period of time before washing.

This pan has a good quality with the removable handles. It’s very easy to use. It’s also lightweight.

In order to ship this item in a really small package, they designed this clip-on handle system with a button that releases it. On the one hand, it did ship in a really small package... on the other, the handle doesn't seem as stable as it would if it was a solid piece. It also makes the handle heavy and thick relative to the pan itself. That being said, the pan itself works for making small crepes. I really like the non-stick ability of ceramic pans. I've recommended this one to others, despite the weird handle.

ABOUT THE PAN“3-Layer Composite Base� Nothing is orange/copper as depicted in the product listing so I’m guessing that is for illustrative purposes only. I believe the three layers are mainly (#1) aluminum to which a (#2) perforated ferrous plate is mechanically attached with the visible dots on the bottom of the pan and (#3) an applied “ceramic†coating for use as a cooking surface and appearance. If there is another layer, it is neither visible nor obvious and is not specifically described in the product listing.Ceramic coating - My pan arrived with a small scraped area in the ceramic coating (SEE PHOTO) through which the main aluminum pan body can easily be seen. Hopefully the coating is not too fragile; I don’t want the pan to begin to fail so soon, even more so I’d REALLY hate to have it flake off into our food!Induction - We do not have induction heating appliances at our house however for those who do, a magnet sticks to the bottom.The handle is quite nice (may even be natural wood) and it did not conduct any heat during out first use of the pan to make grilled sandwiches. I did have a slight difficulty getting the stuck red button to release the handle, but a round pointed table knife easily lifted the lock tab. I’m attributing it to being new and it is not going to affect my review.The little “T†shaped batter spreader may be useful to others, however I will not be storing such a rarely used specialty item in my already overburdened kitchen drawers. Thanks anyway…SUMMARY: Glad to have it. Seems thinner than I am used to but it seems to work okay so we’ll give it a chance to show us how good it is. My ratings begin at 3.0-Stars and this one earned +1.0-Star additional for including induction cooking potential and a nice handle. Unfortunately I must deduct for the scratch/chip in the coating -0.5-Star. Total 3.5 Stars, still above average. El centro viene elevado. Cuando echas el crepe, se va hacia los extremos. Los materiales se ven buenos, pero falla en lo más importante. No la recomendarÃa jamás. (La he usado en vitrocerámica).

In de beschrijving staat "geschikt voor inductie", maar dit klopt niet. De pan trok meteen bol bij het eerste gebruik op inductie. De bodem is ook niet vlak, maar met verschillende niveau's. Het gevolg is dat wanneer je bv een pannenkoek bakt, het midden redelijk snel klaar is, maar de zijkanten nog lopend zijn. De buitenste rand wordt gewoonweg niet heet, hooguit warm.Verder is het wel een zeer goed pan, mogelijk werkt ze wel goed op andere soorten vuren dan inductie.
