I use the bowls for my 1year old’s breakfast. These do not have suction, so need supervision. They are colorful and made of steel - so at least I have some peace of mind that no microplastics. Although I would say when the bowls first arrived, they looked more aluminum than steel - probably the quality of steel is not that great or it could be the finishing of the material.

We got these to help cut down on the microplastics our little ones are exposed to. They're still cute and fun, but safer than scratching at plastic with there forks. One mindful tip, they're not as stackable as regular kids bowls, but not so much to be a concern

Not very stackable when trying to store these, but they are easy to clean and dishwasher safe! Perfect size for trying solids.

I love the non-slip silicon coating on these bowls. I used them for my cats and they don't move across the floor when in use. The non-slip coating allows the bowl to stick to the floor, even when a cat is licking the edges for the last bits of food. They work perfectly for me as pet bowls. Because they don't slip around, they would also work well for babies or toddlers, as food bowls. There are no sharp edges and all the surfaces that touch the table are coated in non-slip material. The bowls themselves are stainless and really easy to clean. There are no grooves for food to get stuck in. They can be cleaned in a dishwasher, but I hand wash all my dishes. I haven't removed the silicon parts yet. It fits tightly and no food gets inside that I can see, so I don't see a reason to remove it. The fact that they are made of steel means there is nothing to break if they get dropped off a table by a toddler (or a cat). I also like that they are a good alternative to plastic, and they are durable. It's better for the environment, I think. I am very happy with these bowls.

They are very loud but also durable and easy to clean. Love that I can stack these and that it's non-toxic.

Perfect for all meals! My kid loves to eat cereal out of this. The anti-slip bottom is great. Dishwasher safe!

I've tried those viral silicon suction cup bowls/plates, the bamboo plates, and the ceramic wear. I've found stainless steel to be the best of them all. The silicon ones are by far the worst with the soap and taste residue and the staining. Half the time the suction cups dont even work once your child figures them out. Bamboo molds eventually and the ceramic isnt as durable as these stainless steel bowls! These clean easy, stack well, and can serve soups, noodles, rice, cereal,etc.

This product was selected by and for the Lady of the House.The following review is written by her and edited by me.I saw these Monkey Proof bowls and immediately knew I needed them. I have no children, but I do have my family of cats and I thought these would be perfect for them.I feed a few outside cats and I’ve been using glass or ceramic bowls for their food. Plastic bowls are too lightweight. My problem is that I have raccoons and other critters that constantly climb up and knock the bowls off my feeding table and break into pieces. These bowls are the answer. I have 5 cats and could have used one more bowl.They are easy to clean and the silicone bottom works great to keep the bowls sturdy. As for removing the silicone bottoms…I can’t see the need to ever do that. These Monkey Proof bowls are high-quality and are a perfect size.After using them now for a week, I am very pleased with this set of bowls. If I had toddlers, I would believe these bowls would work wonderfully.I recommend you give these a try.
