Excellent Nordic machine comparable to those that cost 2.5x more. High quality product. Easy assembly. Very comfortable pad and foot rest. Seller communication is excellent. Helped resolved a part issue immediately. A great company to deal with.

This is a GMWD nordic bench (big brand on Amazon). Solid and does everything you need. Shipped with a few dings, but nothing worth sending back considering the price (prob best on Amazon). There is no standup feature, but you can hang it on the wall which is included. One of my bolts stripped and I was able to contact the seller who sent me a new hardware set quickly via FedEx.

I've been looking for a nordic curl bench for ages and was a bit sceptical when i saw how cheap this one was. decided to go for it and I couldn't be happier. amazing quality at a great price. I've seen similar sized nordic curl benches for more then double the price and I can't imagine there is any real difference between those ones and this one. Great for gyms, home or otherwise. Mine is currently being used in a Physical Therapy clinic. If you are a traveling personal trainer, I think this would be great to bring to clients houses to set you apart. Highly recommend!

Could it work? Yes, not totally impressed with the design and quality of materials. I returned it and they wanted to charge me $86 on a return, which is ridiculous. Buyer beware.

Works great but I wish putting a weight on the end wasn’t exactly a necessity. It rocks when I go up while performing a hamstring curl but adding a single 45lb plate seemed to fix the issue for me, though depending on your body weight you may need more

Let's get this out of the way: yes it's a Chinese knockoff. It was made there. The 'gulute;' spelling gives it away. If you don't care for knockoffs then skip this item. If you're indifferent, well the only reason you're looking at this item is you lack the ability to do nordic curls (or sit ups if you can't turn around for some reason). At 5'7'' 175 pound I didn't need a counter weight so for it's singular purpose yeah it works but I'll remove one star due to being a knockoff and the foot mount even after screwing to the max does have an ever so slight wobble.
