I bought this to use with a Coleman Classic 2-burner camping stove, sort of as a "poor man's Blackstone grill." Being made of Aluminum and roughly $30, i was expecting to have to deal with a lot of tradeoffs compared to what a true dedicated griddle top grill (such as a Blackstone) can deliver.Boy was i wrong. I've come to love this griddle's light weight and excellent heat dispersion. I wasnt expecting it to be non-stick, but not only is it non-stick, it is a REALLY excellent non stick coating.Because it is aluminum, it heats up quick, and actuslly makes it necessary to keep the flame on the lower end of things on my camping stove or risk burning the food. Some people would call this a major weakness compared to cast iron, but I see this as a propane saver when camping.And....since it's aluminum, I dont have to worry about rust like a cast iron option. Overall, I am *literally* one happy camper!

After doing a lot of research I decided on this Nordic Ware 2 burner backsplash griddle. The first one I received was damaged (chipped along the edge) It was returned and replaced without issue.Some reviews made mention of wobbling on stove top and or warping, this one (so far) has done neither. It did not wobble whats so ever. I did not use any oil or spray prior to cooking the pancakes. They cooked wonderfully and lifted off the pan with out any sticking. Very happy with purchase.Should issues arise down the road I will come back and update this review.

Nordic Ware never seems to disappoint. This double burner griddle is perfect for our stove or grill. It’s super sturdy and has even heat distribution. Great value for the money!

Fast shipping, received it in about five days. Unfortunately the nonstick surface has some serious scratches on it. I have not used it yet, so I don’t know if food will stick in those scratches. I will keep it because it’s too much trouble to try to send it back and get a replacement or refund.

This is my second one I was happy with my first one which I happen to ruin by leaving the bacon press on it during warm up, when I lifted it up to start cooking a pencil eraser to piece peeled off the coating.. I like it for its little backsplash and drip tray so I got a second one... I had the first one for a year and a half.... I use it on The searing side of my grill and make breakfast on it 2 to 3 times a week.... It wipes off easily I like the fact that the fat from the bacon drips into drip tray....if you make a lot of bacon you definitely would wish that was a little bit bigger. If I make four pieces of bacon I have to say that it fills up that drip tray 1/4 of theway

Cooks great, easy cleanup and it's good however nothing like the older versions that were actual cast iron/metal. I think this is stamped aluminum therefore after the 2nd usage it was trying to warp. Time will tell as I am a griller on a regular basis. I primarily use this for fish, chicken thighs, and burgers. Again cooks great, easy clean up however nowhere near as heavy as my single burner that I've had for years....Then again nothing is made like it once was. I digress.
