Very sturdy cooling rack, and I am so happy it can be used in the oven to 400 degrees. This makes it very versatile. Costs quite a bit more than the cheap cooking racks I previously had, but this is a good addition that makes me consider replacing the others.

This grid is a nice match to my Nordic Ware 1/2 sheet baking trays. The grid wires are closely spaced at about 14mm, or a hair over 1/2â€. It is rigid and doesn’t flex much at all in the center. I plan to use this to season and rest steaks and pork shoulder before grilling or smoking, and while the latter can be up to 15 lbs., I don’t think it will be a problem at all. I do wish I could find Nordic Ware brand grids for my full sheet pans.

The intended use for this is a baking cooling rack, but I’m going to use it with my Blackstone grill to cook pizzas! It’s certainly sturdy enough and built well. It is not super heavy weight. It appears to have a pretty good size baking area/capacity. I’m hoping it works out well. It’s non stick , so there’s little need for spraying it. I’m sure it will resist rust. It will certainly work well for a cooling rack!
