The lightweight formed aluminum bundt has a colored exterior and nonstick interior surface which allows for easy release and effortless cleanup. Aluminum bakes best because it conducts heat more evenly than other materials for a perfect finish. Before each use brush with solid vegetable shortening and dust with flower or use baking spray with flour in it which allows the details to be sharper and more defined. Mixes and recipes may vary so fill the pan no more than three quarters full to avoid overflow during baking. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand-wash with warm, soapy water. Dishwasher use is not recommended, as it may shorten the life of the nonstick coating on your pan. Pan measures 10.3 inches in diameter and is 3.6 inches in height with a 12 cup capacity. For anyone hesitant to buy this EVERYDAY BUNDT PAN, just ignore the bad reviews about how it seems flimsy and or fake. Nordic Ware indeed makes this pan for everyday use. It’s not the fancy schmancy heavy one that they make that costs $40. It’s lightweight and a BREEZE to clean. Just use BAKERS JOY or PAM plus a light dusting of flour and you’ll have no issues. Wash by hand! If you wash in your dishwasher the color will start coming off. This won’t affect the function though! I had a green one that I used when baking multiple pound cakes for a restaurant EVERY WEEK and I threw it in the dw and yeah it looks like crap now BUT ITS STILL A WORKABLE PAN. I have NEVER EVER burned a cake in this pan. They bake up very evenly and beautifully so I feel like a total snob buying that heavy thing years ago that looks like a cathedral and is a total bee-otch to clean! Trust me on this if you just wanna make that nice Cooks Country pound cake or a from scratch rum cake or heck even a boxed mix I won’t judge you (much)! The only reason I got a new one is because my stuff is buried in storage right now and I want to make a pound cake. I knew exactly what pan to buy based on years of experience as a baker. Don’t be a snob, this one does a great job!

this is all around amazing. It looks like a fake cheap plastic bowl and both me and my husband were like there is no way we can cook in this thing. WOW we were wrong. It cooks amazing, cleans easy, and is so light weight

I did not think the pan was sturdy enough it's very light. I wish it was heavier and sturdier but it is beautiful and it did cook my cake perfectly. I would have given it five stars if it had a little bit more weight to it

I was a little worried by how thin and light this cake pan is but so far it’s working great. The aluminum heats very evenly and the nonstick coating makes the cakes slide out so easily.An excellent value for the price.

Some of the reviews said that cakes would stick. But if you use real butter or something like Pam and cover it generously it won't stick at all. Have done about 25 cakes in mine and only the first time did just a very little stick. Couldn't even tell it had stuck. The rest of the times everything came out perfectly. .You will be really happy with this one.

I should have been suspicious by the low price. But I thought maybe the color was just unpopular and I didn’t care about the color as I wasn’t displaying it. It’s thinner/lighter weight than what one would expect Nordic. More importantly, it was bent/lopsided. Nonetheless, I forged ahead using it as it was thanksgiving eve. The cake did not have any troubles releasing, nor did it not fit in my round cake container... so it’s lopsided ness didn’t effect its functionality. However, I wish I invested in a more sturdy pan... I don’t foresee this functionality lasting long, given the poor quality.

It is lighter than I expected but still nonstick. I made sure to spray oil inside and then flour it well and shook the excess off. After baking the cake, I cooled it for 30 min and tried to upend it onto a cooling rack. No luck, but then I just ran a butter knife around the center post and it came out fine. Lots of nooks and crannies to wash (hand wash) but all it in a great purchase for the price.

Bakes evenly and gives a cake with a golden crust. Others we've had made the cake too dark. This one was a bit pricey, but it is worth it.

Diese Backform ist leicht, stabil und hat eine wunderbare Antihaft-Beschichtung. Seit ca. 40 Jahren backe ich nun schon - und zum ersten Mal ist der Eierlikörkuchen einfach so nach dem Backen aus der Form geflutscht. Ganz ohne umständliche Tricksereien. Großartig. Allerdings wage ich nicht, diese Form in die Geschirrspüle zu stecken...
