The CHP rating does not denote the operational horsepower of the treadmill in ordinary household use. In ordinary household use, the motor does not operate at the horsepower shown.

This is a great daily use treadmill. I needed a treadmill with a low profile as my basement is only 7 ft. There is plenty of room for me to run/walk on it (I am 5’5”). The treadmill assembled easily (2 people, half hour). It also arrived quicker than expected which was great. It’s durable, looks good and is quiet even at a higher speed. The controls are easy to use and inclines with ease. For reference I walk on it for 45 mins daily.Excellent balance of budget and durability.

I absolutely love this treadmill. It is sleek and sturdy. My husband was able to put it together without issues. It is fairly quiet and easy to operate. I have used almost everyday. I wanted a quality machine without spending an arm and leg and this one was decently priced. I have been able to get great quality workout utilizing the incline and speed features. Walking jogging is smooth, when running it does shake a little. The machine took up more space than I thought it would but it is still smaller than most machines. Th only thing I would have liked is if it folded up when not in use to save up space.

Easy to put together with two people. Simple to use. Works well for our needs whether it be a short one mile run or long 10 miler. We don't have many hills around so incline settings allows some hill work. Stable, makes noise as any treadmill. Doesn't take up a lot of space even though you can't fold it. I placed it on a stall mat to avoid marks on the floor. The tablet/phone holder is great. Only con really is that you can't pause your run for too long or it'll stop and make you begin again. After 2 months we've used it quite a bit and I'd say it has been worth the money.

The treadmill came well packaged with real wood crating. It was very simple to set up— only 3 parts to attach. The treadmill does everything it says it does and more! I am quite impressed. It inclines on an exercise mat on top of carpet just fine. I was initially concerned about this but it does it just fine! Noise level is good for me— I can’t hear it over my AirPods. I am happy to have chosen a NordicTrack product— I feel having that brand behind the product can help me sleep at night. I will say it is quite hefty weight wise, but that’s a good thing for exercise equipment in my experience. It follows the iFIT app and workouts flawlessly which is saying something for the price. That’s typically reserved for much more expensive models. I am very happy with this purchase. This review is of the T5 btw.

I bought this treadmill because I can't run outside anymore. I don't run all the time, but I do like to run from time to time and wanted to incorporate it more into my workout. This is a great beginner's treadmill. I believe the speed goes up to 9mph or 10? I usually run on 5 or 6. There's an incline too that works nice. The treadmill itself is not super loud, normal treadmill noise levels (comparing when I used treadmills at the gym). My husband put this together for me, it took him maybe 45 minutes to assemble and said it wasn't too difficult to put together. The treadmill itself does not fold up, but its super easy to move around once assembled. I can use one hand to lift it and wheel it over to where I wanted to put it. Yet when I run on it, it stays in place. There's an app you can download to do running programs that connects with it, but I don't use it. Normal screen, nothing fancy on it.I guess the only negative thing I have to say about this is the box it comes in is SUPER HEAVY! My husband and I were able to move it inside ourselves, but it was really rough. But it was packaged really well with boards inside to protect it so I guess I understand the reason for the weight. So, I guess if you live alone, make sure you have someone there to help you bring it inside, or buy the extra assembly option.

I’m generally very pleased with the NordicTrack T5 and I give it 5 stars as a product.I love the incline feature and that the speed can go up to 10, giving me a good range for my workouts from such a compact machine. I was not expecting something as well build and powerful at this price point and size.I read that the belt can be loud for the machine size but i didn’t find that to be the case. I’m working out in the basement and my husband cannot hear it from upstairs. If I have music on I don’t hear anything. It sounds like a regular full size treadmill. The buttons are a bit tricky at first due to their minimalist design, but once you get the hang of it, it’s easy to track what you need (speed, length of workout etc) Im still getting used to holding down the speed buttons, it seems to jump in increments of 0.5 if I am not careful, which can be a bit annoying, but I’m adjusting to it by learning the right pressure and timing. I can’t really tell if the problem is me or the machine on that one. There is also a second way to change speeds when using the Ifit workout app, and I’m finding I like to use that more anyways. The iFit connectivity is a nice touch—with the subscription it automatically adjusts the speed and incline based on the program, which adds a lot of value to my workouts. It is so responsive and that it changes the speed and incline on my tablet in real time- no lag. I am going to look into my health insurance paying for the subscription because it was fun to have a trainer that I felt like I was engaging with. I got to work out in Croatia, Bosnia, Florence, and Utah so far! Assembly was surprisingly easy, my husband and I brought it to the basement and put it together in less than 2 hours. His main remark was how well the treadmill was packaged (which is important because of the shipping issues we had from Amazon- see below). The machine was very snuggly placed in the box with pressed wood supports and large hefty styrofoam pieces. It was also wrapped in plastic. The instructions were straightforward and there is not a ton of things needed for assembly. The items we needed for assembly were all in a yellow cardboard “sheet” covered in plastic and numbered according to step. We found watching the videos on how to assemble the treadmill especially helpful. Nordic track has some and so do third parties on YouTube. My only major complaint is about Amazon and not Nordic track. I wasn’t thrilled with Amazon's delivery service which was called CEVA logistics. I got an automated call from an area code 855 to confirm a date and time for delivery (12/16). I organized with my husband for him to be home to receive the delivery. However, it arrived early (12/9) and wasn’t delivered properly; the delivery driver called me from his cell (which was uncomfortable) and acted like it was my fault that I wasn’t home to receive it even though I told him I coordinated with the logistics company for a different date . I asked him to put it under the porch so it was covered. He left it half off the porch exposed to rain in the middle of my sidewalk on the pallet (which now I need to dispose of). Thankfully the machine wasn’t damaged when we opened it, but I contacted Amazon right away and they recognized this incident as a problem and made it right for us. While I don’t know how we could have avoided this we took pictures and contacted Amazon, and I suggest if you have issues you do the same.Overall, I’m happy with the treadmill, but the delivery could definitely be improved.

It’s better than expected and it’s built super sturdy. I’m 6’2 and just under 260 lbs and it does everything that I need when it comes to sturdiness, tread size and functionality. The only down side is that you have to download an App and jump through a couple hoops in order to get it started, but once you get it started it’s easy to use and a solid buy. Also, delivery was a couple days late but given the world climate right now combined with the size, I wasn’t surprised.Prior to ordering on Amazon I had tried to order a treadmill straight from Horizon Fitness after lengthy research, but after the transaction was approved, a month later I was notified that they didn’t deliver to my location in the city, and I’m not sure if that was the actual reason given the high demand for home exercise equipment. That being said, when I searched on Amazon for a treadmill almost everything was “out of stock”, and with me being a bigger dude, I needed one that had the necessary specs to handle my size in order to get a good sweat on. So after further research on manufacturers and specs, I was lucky to find this unit that satisfied all my requirements/needs with only “2 left in stock” at a reasonable price, and it was delivered straight to my door and I’m super happy with it.With all that is happening in this upside down world right now, I recognize the need to support local business but in some circumstances that is extremely difficult, and say what you will about Amazon and their success during these trying times. In my experience, with an increase in online purchases, Amazon has in place the capacity, inventory and capabilities to deliver when needed. I know that there is much controversy surrounding Amazon with their employee practices and their social, environmental and political impacts as well, but given the current world climate Amazon has continued to deliver consumer goods and necessities in a timely fashion in order to provide some semblance of normalcy during these trying times and I can respect that. That being said, I also believe that Amazon has the ability, the resources and the social responsibility to do more to help their hard working employees and their worldwide community of consumers/supporters as many local businesses that support their communities are currently struggling to stay alive while Amazon thrives. In conclusion, you can tell that I have some extra time on my hands given the length of this review, and with the current world climate, home exercise equipment is as, if not more popular during a pandemic than toilet paper. If you’re lucky enough to be able to get one of these units given the current supply and demand... enjoy! Moreover, if you’ve read this far into this review, to quote the legendary Hal Johnson and Joanne McLeod, “stay fit and stay safe!”

Si te falla el wifi se desactiva la máquina y no se puede utilizar sin conexión a Internet

I love my new treadmill. Packed very well. I had one other person helping to assemble which I would recommend. It’s true that the screen isn’t backlit but I don’t mind because I don’t use it at night. I find it a bit hard to customize the parameters (for scrolling through) but that’s not a dealbreaker. I think it’s fairly quiet, which was important for me.
