I do like the simplicity of this salt and pepper shaker. It is not fancy and I do like that as I am not a fancy type person. Has a country feel. My only complaint is that the tops can be a little hard to remove but I guess that means no accidental spills. Overall happy with purchase.

I love these. They hold a large amount of salt and pepper, they're sturdy, and the lids have more holes than the average shaker, so you can really use the handle to tilt and adjust to your preference. They are great, and they look nice in my kitchen.

Wanted something different for a salt and peppers shaker, they are very cute, with a country flair. Only problem was with the salt shaker, I use coarse salt and the holes are kind of small, otherwise pleased with purchase.

My similar salt and pepper shaker set that we've used for three to four decades were finally biting the dust and I wanted a replacement. I was thrilled to find this set at a reasonable price. I really didn't care if it was the old timey look, but it's hard to find salt and pepper shakers anymore to use while cooking that are not really more like dredging shakers, with too many holes in the top so that too much of the contents spills out when you shake them. I still wish that this salt shaker had fewer holes, but it's doable. I'll adjust. The pepper shaker is just fine.

These are pretty nice for what it is, and they hold a lot of S&P!I have had these for a few months now and am fresh out of pepper, they work well!I was concerned about the lids not fitting securely however they haven't budged one bit, and seem to be tighter after use than they were out of the box.They can really put out a lot of S&P when you need it, but they also can drop just a tiny amount when you don't need as much, really satisfied with the performance aspect, and the retro style is pretty nice too.They are made of thin tin that has a rolled edge handle and it is riveted on securely, sturdy enough for me and I break a lot of stuff so thats nice.

They were nice until the top of the pepper popped off and dumped pepper into the mashed potatoes many potatoes were lost would be better if they had a seal or screwed on to prevent this from happening
