These work pretty good as long as they stay dry. If the bleed is severe, they get wet and are useless.

I bought these nose clips for my son who often gets nose bleeds and loses too much blood. As he uses them, he says they work and stop his nose from bleeding a lot quicker than when he didn't have them. I like the fact that you get a number of nose clips that do their job, they are not too lose or too tight, they feel just right.

My kid has a blood clot disorder and this was cheaper than taking her to an ER for a nonstop nosebleed that cost about $1,500 for this clip and the visit. I would recommend this product because it’s cheaper and you get more for your money.
