We bought these to help hang our outdoor dangle chairs in our patio. These have held up all summer with direct son and winter thus far. No fraying or any concerns there. They were easy to put up and install. The weight seems to be appropriate- it holds 100- -300lbs without an issue. So glad to spent a little bit on these as the value surpasses the cost!

Good value, shortening mechanism might be slightly complicated, kids and spouse couldn't figure out how to shorten ropes, but I was able to. It works great.
