Pretty sturdy. These stood up to hours of rough play so far! The 7-year-old stepped on a ribbon by accident & the attachment pulled apart, but I was able to bend it back into place just fine.Length seems perfect-- not too long for kids 5+, but long enough that adults can enjoy them & get a good amount of artistic swirl. The ribbons do have creases from being packed, but it didn't bother us. The swivel attachments do a good job keeping the ribbons from twisting and tangling, unless you're really going crazy with them :)Definitely worth the money!

This product is incredible! I love them so much that I don’t want to open more than one so I can have them forever! At first they have creases from the packaging but that goes away after time. They make excellent gifts. They are just so well made. I HIGHLY recommend.

I am impressed how nice these are for the price. I'm considering buying a second pack because of how much my girls love them. My daughter's ages range from 4 to 9, so they weren't exactly very gentle with them. We haven't had any break so far although the clasps that connect the ribbon to the handle could easily be replaced or fixed, they are just swivel snaps like they use for fishing. A few of the ribbons freyed at the end a bit from a lot of use, and knots do tend to happen but are easily removable. Overall I don't think you'll find a much better choice for this price, I would recommend to anyone with children (taking them outside is good exercise!!) But they're fun for adults too, we have enjoyed ribbon dancing together!

This is a must have for teachers during indoor recess. It is quiet and mesmerizing for students. The boys like it as much as the girls. I keep them "unavailable" until we have bad weather- so they're coveted. Best purchase for my kiddos this year.

Holiday fireworks are not allowed in my area as we are close to some mountains and open fields. I was looking for some fun replacements and these fit the bill. Everyone, even the adults, had a great time running about and dancing with them. They are a generous length, so we shortened the ribbons for the littles. No, they're not competition quality, but for our purposes they were perfect. The swivel end helped keep the ribbons from tangling, though we still did get a few knots, and the silicone grip made the handles easy to hold. I would recommend this product.
