Instructions:
In the set voltage value state, the start button to play the role of up, stop the button to play down the role.
Set the starting voltage: Support display voltage state, press the start voltage button once to show the start charging voltage. Long press the start button for 3 seconds, digital flashing, through the start and stop button to set the start charge voltage value.
To set the stop voltage: In the normal display voltage state, press the stop voltage button once to display the stop charging voltage. Long press the stop button for 3 seconds. Press the stop button for 3 seconds, digital flashing, through the start and stop button to set the stop charge voltage value.
Reset: Power state at the same time press and hold the start and stop button, display 888, that is, restore the factory settings.

31 July 2021: Initial hook up and test - Very pleased that I can use this with a buzzer as an adjustable 12VDC voltage Low Battery Alarm - Notifying me audibly when my 12vdc Battery Array for my Sign Wave Power Inverter drops from 13.5vdc Float Voltage to 13.1vdc. I hooked in a switch to silence the buzzer until Battery Float Voltage is restored to 13.4vdc in the case of a short duration power outage, or for a longer expected outage to readjust the voltage range to 11vdc to 12vdc - notifying me to hook up my Emergency Power Battery Inverter or Generator System to run my Security System and Refrigerator Freezers. Very Bright Voltage LEDs. Time will tell on longevity - reliability - reason for only 4 Star Rating.

It has a pretty bright seven segment display, but it was pretty nice to see the voltage until it broke after less than a month of use. It stopped working with the solar panel so I tried it with a power supply and it draws not current even with 15 V on the input terminals and a battery on the output
