My cnc milling machine came with cheap ball screw thrust bearings. After replacing them with the same original brand, and them failing after only 6 months, I decided to go with industry standard bearings. I cannot speak to the longevity because I have been on holiday hiatus since installed. I can say that the bearing is superior in quality and design. I expect this bearing to outperform the oem bearing that it replaced. The bottom line is when you purchase a low end machine you find out quickly where they cut corners. Bearings are cheap so I am not complaining. I did get roughly 1500 machine cycles from the cheap original bearing. I will be counting cycles with this new bearing.
