The Tesla of water filters!I have been using this system for about three months! The water tastes crisp, clean, and is so good! I will never go back to bottled water. This system was easy to install and took me a little over an hour.The Good!1. Easily the best tasting water I have ever had! (Get the remineralization filter)2. Leak proof (Includes a safety valve that automatically stops water flow in case of a leak.)3. Takes up minimal space under my sink.4. System runs quiet and barely makes any noise.5. Water flow speed is fast! (Takes about 3 seconds to fill a cup)6. Excellent customer service. When I needed help setting up the system, I easily found online chat support and got quick answers to my questions.The Bad1. The instructions could be much better. ( Skip the manual and just watch the video)2. To get the lifetime warranty, you must sign up for the replacement filter service. There is no option to purchase a warranty extension.3. Needed to buy extra parts to connect my fridge and ice maker. It would've been nice if they were included.Overall, I am really happy with this system! It's a great choice for anyone wanting better water quality. Don't worry about the installation, it’s pretty straightforward if you have some time and patience.

This was easy to install and the instructions were easy to follow. However, when I turned the water on the input leaked. I found I had not plugged the tubing in with all my strength. Fixed it and moved on until a second one leaked as soon as the water got that far. Repeated this process until every joint I had assembled finally worked.Make sure your fingers and tubing are completely dry. Check the ends of the tubing and cut square if they are off at all. Push the tubing in with all your strength while supporting the other piece so it doesn't break. You will feel the tubing run in and meet a little resistance but keep pushing until it snaps in the final 1/8" and hits bottom.Also, my housings were not labeled Stage 1, etc. but I looked at the picture and figured out what went where.Edit: It has now been a couple of months and all is working okay. No issues so far. Water is good and there is plenty of it. Would buy again.

Two things stood out to me. 1) I am not a pro with plumbing things and this was simple enough to get installed and 2) My water is awesome now that this is installed!Highly recommend this setup!

Read updates at the end.7 stage w/ UV installation took a few hours, no missing parts but had a few issues along the way. Thankfully, everything arrived undamaged and there were no missing parts. The installation manual lacked key instructions but the DVD was much more helpful. A few leaks were found upon operation but this was probably our fault (not enough Teflon tape.) We waited several hours (PSI of 50 on our water system) and our tank would not fill. Checked the ball valve to make sure it wasn’t faulty and discovered that the problem stemmed from the tank itself. Had to google what the pressure should be and after testing with a tire pressure gauge, we believe our tank was somehow overpressurized in the factory and was not able to fill, at given PSI. Let out some air and the tank filled in an hour. Rain water catchment system went from 47 to 37 ppm. Tastes great. UV light makes the first few seconds warm. Taking off 1 star for tank issue.3 month update: new leaks have been found even thought the unit was not moved. Seems to drain a lot more than is consumed. Lowering to 3 stars.Update: contacted support for leak issue. Seems like NO ONE at filter central has an adequate knowledge of RO systems, nothing beyond the average consumer. They were not even able to tell me what the issue is. I had to google the problem myself to figure out that somehow, the automatic shut off valve went bad after only 3 months. Then had to email to request the needed part, even sending a picture of it so they can send a new one. Really poor communication, took over two weeks to send the part. Still haven’t gotten a confirmation email. Meanwhile we are hauiling drinking water again. Extremely disappointed with this company, the product, and their customer service.

Works great, water tastes great! A bit confusing to install from the instructions, but found a youtube video that goes through the whole install that helped.Great value for the money!
