It gets the job done, the main fault is just that it’s very difficult to compact all the way after it’s been opened. The handle also falls off pretty easy.

I got this rinse pail for myself (lol), to use when washing my own hair in the sink after doing a henna or gloss treatment, as well as my husband. As I'd hoped, the overall size is perfect - it holds a couple of cups of water at a time and when full it's still easy to hold. The plastic handle attaches by simply sliding it up onto the pail where the handle is meant to be attached - this also ensures the handle doesn't fall off from the weight of the pail being filled with water, as would happen if the handle were attached by sliding it down - so that's another favorable point for this rinse pail. This is however where the 'pluses' end as the pail is quite difficult to press out into the cup shape - I found it easiest to stick my hand in a loose fist into the center of the collapsed pail to push it out into the cup shape, it still takes some effort though.Now collapsing it back down is another story! That was even MORE of a challenge...all that can be done is to just push it in the reverse direction to try and collapse it (with force), but it will take some time. So 'ease of use' scores very low with this rinse pail for me; it's functionally nice in the scope of what's it's intended for, but only after fighting with it to get into/out of its cup shape! Thankfully I only plan to use it every now and then, because I couldn't tango with this thing on a regular basis and not be frustrated. Aside from babies, it would also be handy for washing pets, but again, there's the collapsing/expanding issue to contend with.

I bought this item for travel with my children, thinking it would be perfect. However, the handle isn't securely attached, making it flimsy and prone to falling off. Additionally, the collapsible feature, a key selling point, doesn't work properly. Save your coins and consider investing in a more reliable alternative.
