This stuff works,it seems expensive but it does the job. I used it on my 2015 Les Paul with a brass nut that wont stay in tune. I filed the nut grooves for the D and G strings slightly, then added "Nut Sauce" and like magic, the guitar stays in tune now. Worth the price for the joy of not re-tuning after every solo

Been using this brand for a few years with great success. There are cheaper routes for guitar nut lubrication, like for example one can use 3-1 oil, WD-40, Petroleum Jelly, graphite from a pencil etc… but these cheaper methods can leave a mess on your guitar if you’re not careful.Like the lubricating quality and the ease of application is a plus.

I recently restrung a guitar, and applied this product to the nut and bridge saddles, as directed by the manufacturer. This is supposed to help lubricate those areas, and reduce the incidence of string breakage. I haven’t broken a string while playing in years, quite a contrast when I was a more junior player. So far, no issues.

The name of the product is bound to start a conversation no matter where you might say it. This product helps reduce friction between your strings and the parts of the guitar they are strung over (the "nut" and the bridge saddles, and string guides). This products works exactly as advertised. Be careful the first few times you use it as a little goes a long way. I put a light coating of it on any metal part contacting the strings (except the tuner posts of course) and I notice improvement in my tuning stability. I don't usually break strings that often anyway, but not having to re-tune constantly is a nice thing. The applicator is a great little tool. Be sure to keep it once you use up the "sauce" as it's useful for all sorts of precision cleaning and lubricating tasks. It even comes with a cool sticker !
