- Please check the rubber gasket and be sure it is put snugly into the bottom blade. (The rubber gasket is used to avoiding leakage
- Do not overfill to avoid spilling, do not add ingredients past the "Max" line
- Do not run your blender over 4 minutes at a time to prevent overheating of the blender

This extractor works fairly well, but it is not as heavy duty as the NutriBullet extractor. I suspect it won't last as long as the real thing.

It was not an original NutriBullet part. There was no number stamped on the blade. The blade failed and leaked lubricant after only a month and a half.

RECEIVED THE PRODUCT IN BROKEN PARTS, THE BLADE HAD COME OUT, THE SPINNING BUSH AT THE BASE OF THE CUP FELL OFF. THE PRODUCT IS NOT ORIGINAL BULLET BUT OF CHEAP PLASTIC.
