No product packaging. I use to buy Gotham copper pans and they always came with a glue adhesive stuck to the pan which permanently stained the pan. I love the handle, the non stick surface, overall it has a good design and good weight to it.

I have a new induction cooktop, which I bought this for. The area on the bottom of the pan that is steel heats quickly, but it takes a while for the rest of the pan to heat up. Not a problem with the pan, but with the way induction cooking works. Very slippery finish, made it easy to cook on with very little butter.

Normally a pan like this will show the metal plug they attach to the bottom to make it induction compatable. It does have the plug and works on my induction stove.

This has quickly become my favorite pan. Working from home this year, I’ve had to juggle cooking meals in between meetings. So my first test was with breakfast: pancakes, sausage, and eggs. The entire process took me about 15 mins because of the even heat distribution across the pan. Normally this would take me 25 mins because I’d have to cook each thing one at a time in a pan due to the lack of space. So after being satisfied with breakfast, I decided to crank the heat up for dinner and prepare a steak. It was cooked to perfection in about 12 mins, alongside some asparagus i threw in the pan at the same time. I followed the instructions and waited for the pan to cool before cleaning, and I was more surprised at how simple the cleaning process was. Residue essentially just wipes off with little effort. So far, I’m super happy with this purchase. Cooking times have definitely sped up with the perfect distribution of heat and added space this pan provides.

We have used the grill a couple times now and it works well on our induction stove top. A large pancake in the middle should work very good, but we prefer making 4 smaller cakes in the griddle, so the part toward the center gets brown first and the outer part is not so much which means the heat could be distributed more evenly. I turned the heat down a notch and that seemed to help a bit, just took longer to cook.The only big disappointment was the shipping box which has an obvious clue as to the contents... this was intended to be a gift for my wife except the surprise aspect was gone.

Very disappointed, the small skillet has scratches in the interior coating right out of the box...I guess I could return it but that will require repacking everything and lugging it to a drop off...not worth it to me at this point, just won't ever buy from this brand again. Apparently no quality control processes in place.

Useless. Eggs slide to the sides from the center of the pan, Also the temp is all over the place.
