Just as described. Used in partner with our outdoor dog fence at our camper. Worked as a fence underneath our steps. Would highly recommend. Easy to attach, high quality and looks great.

So the dogs could get it off the hooks, it is cheaply made, the hooks destroyed my wall.. my dogs weigh 8lbs and 18lbs so it's not like huge dogs.. very disappointed in this

Hooks don't stick very well, you have to screw them in. The nylon is durable. Unless you never pass through it very rarely, it's not practical for busy households, especially with kids.

The gate is made of strong mesh like material and it looks nice for what it is. I did not like that the dog could push through it. It wasn’t easy to install and work correctly. I’d stick with a regular gate.

I gave this 4 stars because it does what I needed it to. There is about a 2-3 in gap at the bottom of the barrier. You can stick it to the floor and not have a gap. If sticking it to the floor, the adhesive may damage your floor. I like that the adhesive is strong. Mine is not. It pulled off my wall already with slight pressure and nothing happened to my paint. I’d rather it damage paint than my floor. However, regardless of how you set it up, clever pets and even babies can squeeze under. This is not meant to serve as a safety gait. This is just a barrier that can be broken! It serves the purpose I needed it for.

I was surprised by the poor reviews some people wrote. We measured the opening including to the area where we attached it. It fits beautifully, no gaps or draping effects at all. We deliberately placed it the way we did so it takes a little extra effort to reopen and close it, not difficult at all. It’s very sturdy and looks very nice. Keeps our cat on the porch! I recommend you measure for the highest size in order to get a sturdy and tight fit. I do recommend this.

Very easy to set up, the adhesion was wayyyyyy strong deff was not expecting that so i was highly impressed. I only did two on each side rather than 3 because the two alone was holding up well so now i’ll have two for back up! i didn’t get it a little too big hence why it’s farther up the stairs. my entire upstairs is carpet and didn’t want to risk my doggo having an accident on carpet so this was perfect! i tested to see if he would try to go through it or jump over it and he didn’t-he simply walked right back down the stairs so that is great

Having waited for close to a month for this item it arrived two weeks ago. The item is completely destroyed. The items to stick on the bannister did not hold up. They kept falling off, so I had to use the 3M ones. The first day the top corner corner. Then within a few days the other side tore.
