Our Strut Channel Nuts have been widely used in various projects and have gained high recognition from our customers. One day, we received an email from a young engineer named John, who shared a problem he encountered: he needed to install a nut in a specific location on a bracket, but the limited space made it challenging to place it accurately. He had tried using both spring nuts and channel nuts, but they were difficult to position correctly. Along with the email, he attached project pictures.
Upon receiving John's feedback, we immediately took his issue seriously. We established a dedicated technical team and our R&D personnel spent 17 days innovating and experimenting with different solutions. Among various options, we decided on a solution - adding a nylon holder outside the channel nut. This innovative design allowed for easy control and precise positioning of the nut, even in tight spaces. After our production team successfully created the Nylon Channel Squeeze Nut, we tested them ourselves and confirmed their effectiveness. We then sent the products to John. He used them and replied to our email, expressing that his problem had been successfully solved and highly commending our innovation and after-sales service.

I have been an electrician for more than 25 years. This product is far better than the typical “spring nutsâ€, that have been on the market for years. This gems make it so much easier to frame panel racks, with uni strut, and makes hanging panels, meter bases, and various other components so much easier.

Thought I would give these a bid…the round plastic cone nut works better than this style….but it’s ok for any uni-strut project - and way better than the spring nut

Such a simple, yet very useful item.I attached unistrut to the roof of my Suburban-Turned-Camper as a DIY roof rack.These nuts allowed me to them attach my solar panels to the unistrut on the roof.You can place these anywhere on the Unistrut and twist them into place.They stay put because of the plastic, and are ready to screw into.You can attach virtually anything to the Unistrut securely with these nuts.I made sure to use a lock washer and washer under the head of the bolt to help avoid movement from vibration.Highly Recommend
