My husband’s legs were externally rotated outward causing problems when sitting and laying. The belt is of sufficient size and nice and wide. I got the biggest one. This is so much better than having a gait belt wrapped around his legs! Going to use triangle support under legs to off load for lumbar pain.

We like the hook and loop straps. However since it is used in conjunction with wheelchair, including during meal time it becomes necessary to clean (wash )the strap occasionally. Having a extra strap, perhaps with a different color would be positive. A black strap in conjunction with black pants is a plus.How/where can I get extra straps without have to buy the knee seperator foam piece. We got the current strap by bying the knee seperator assembly and putting the foam piece in "storage".It would be helpful to all patients who might need extra straps.Any suggestions where to buy these straps?Thank you

As I had my hip replacement, while at the hospital I had something similar, but much larger. I used it my first night home and saw that I do not cross my legs as I sleep.

Brought this for my elderly mother to keep her knees separated. The cushion is very soft to the point it slips up as she moves while sitting. The picture is false advertisement, it makes the cushion look sturdy and strong enough to give support. I was going to return it, but had already tried to use it. I would NOT recommend this product. They are charging to much for this worthless piece of junk.

As a dense pillow it works, but I had to buy an additional belt because the weird leg strap it came with that attaches with velcro is too small. The circumference of both of my thighs (while having the pillow between my legs) is around 120cm. I’m rating this 3 stars because I had to buy something else to make this work for me.
