Our 8 year old learned to ski this past summer very quickly using these trainers. They were of great quality and fit well. He mastered skiing in just a few attempts.

Worked really well for getting our 6 yo granddaughter up easily. However after a couple of runs the screws loosened and the skis were destabilized. The other problem with the screws is that they are not attached to the skis at all ... so the possibility is high for them to be easily lost, and you can't buy any new ones from the O'Brien company. So, make sure that they are tight!

The metal post that the front connecting strap threads into was not flush with the surface creating a possible injury point on the top of the ski, so I returned for a different set. Second set, same issue, but not as bad, so I kept them. Will grind it down myself. Disappointed in the apparent lack of quality control.

The skiis seem to work well, BUT the O'Brien logo and decals started peeling off WITHIN MINUTES of getting wet the first time. The wood and bindings seem okay so far, but piss poor decal adhesive.

These are garbage the threaded grommet that holds the crossbar was not bedded properly in the ski do not purchase...
