My husband is a 42 , this says 42-44 large but it is a tight fit. It is still comfortable and a keeper for sure.

So happy to find a TRULY brightly colored vest in adult sizes!Bright colors are important for finding lost riders in the water.This is for my tween when we go boating, towable riding, or swimming in the lake or river. The flex seams make it comfortable enough they're not begging to remove it.It fits tightly enough that we don't have to worry if they capsize off the towable.Dries fairly quickly, for neoprene. Not too heavy when wet.

I originally ordered XXL based on read reviews, turned out slightly large, re ordered XL, (1 over regular fit) turned out to be perfect fit. Snug, smooth, well made!

Chest measures 44" ordered large , couldn't even get it over my shoulders returned & ordered xl can't get it within 4" of zipping up. Will have to purchase elsewhere.
