The anvil has incised markings for 45°, 60°, 75°, 90°, 105°, 120° and 135°.
Angle Fixed by Spring and Iron Ball
The holes next to the marking can help you adjust to working angles quickly with just a “click” sound. The spring and iron ball inside will hold the fence position firmly so you can make a precise angular cutting.
Thick Aluminum Fence
The anvil and movable fence are all made of fine aluminum alloy, large enough to hold objects with different thickness from moving, but also very light for repeatable and long-term jobs.
An Extra Blade with PP Sheath is Included
We provide an extra SK5 blade with a PP material sheath, the sheath can protect your finger when change or store the blade.

So happy I came across these miter shears. My 80 year old husband is, too. I make miniature wood toys, and have developed arthritis in my right had this past year. My husband helps me by cutting a lot of wood, but has double vision, which makes it hard sometimes seeing where to cut things. These miter shears have become a favorite tool for both of us. He was pleasantly surprised when I showed him what I bought, as he didn’t know they existed. And he had worked construction off and on for over 60 years. If our sons don’t have any, I think we might add some to their Christmas gifts. We both definitely recommend them. They are so easy to use, and very accurate. Also, I recommend buying the set of extra blades when you order the shears. They aren’t very expensive. I don’t know how long the original blades will last, but decided to have extras on hand. That way I don’t have to worry about being in the middle of a project and getting held up because of doll blades. And, believe me, these miter shears will get a good work out in the next couple of years. I have over 200 miniature houses started and needing finishing for my online toy store.

Great tool. Sound construction with a nice heavy feel in your hand. Crisp, no drama cuts and a nice aesthetic. Excited to frame out our new glass block windows in a master bath remodel without having to go outdoors to a messy saw and all that fuss. We purchased pvc trim and expect to do the job in half the time with all the angles and straight cuts using a mess-free hand tool.

If you're trying to get these job done and not keep running around, these are the trick basically.5 stars for quickness and getting the job out off the list!But if you have to stain or whatever...."Keep to the saw"If you're going to be caulking anyway and painting over the trim-5 stars definitely!!!
