The packaging was snug and secure, with a custom-fit styrofoam block around the bowl, which made me feel confident about its quality even before getting it out of the box.I placed this bowl in my kitchen, right beside the coffee maker, to use as a fruit bowl, and it’s the perfect size for the space. It holds fruit comfortably, and I love how it adds a touch of industrial elegance to my West Coast-inspired kitchen with neutral tones and blue undertones. The aesthetic is spot-on if you're looking for something a bit more rugged yet stylish. One thing to note: I am a bit cautious about the possibility of the concrete absorbing oils from the fruit—time will tell on that one!The bowl came with three foam feet attached to the bottom, which is a thoughtful addition to prevent scratches on my countertop. It’s these little details that make me appreciate the quality of this piece even more. Sturdy and substantial, it really feels like a high-quality item.While I’m using it as a fruit bowl, this bowl could fit in so many different spots around the house: entryway, living room, boot room, or even a coffee table centerpiece.
