Roof repair man stayed a great boot he had to trim it slightly around the hole to fit my 3†but worked fine ! No more leaky roof

Haha..This was a very easy install. Weather had scorched my 13 year old metal ones so I think that I should be able to get 15 years out of these.

The base is made of plastic. The piece around the tube is made of rubber. The base size is 38x28 Ñentimeters. It was quite easy to be installed.

I have not tried to install yet but hopefully the plastic is going to work. Usually these are rubber to snug the pipe.

I haven't Installed it yet, with snow on the roof, put it looks like it will be fine.The reason for rating it 4 stars is that it is a little bit stiffer than I'd like, but this is because it is plastic based, not a more flexible rubber material. But it is exactly as dexcribed, and the price seems very reasonable.
