The item was of good quality and worked perfectly. The metal flange moved easily for positioning and was easy to install. Fit was great. I was prepared to return it. I wouldn't give it a heads up unless it worked out for me. It did.

Advertisement shows stainless steel flange, what arrived was red metal flange,which I have used before, and they rot out
