I was immediately impressed by the stressed and antiqued wood when I opened the package- but this sextant looks incredibly real. They did an amazing job with all the tiny details! I'm going to totally admit that I have no idea how to use one, but I have a brother-in-law who is completely obsessed with all things maritime that will fall in love with it. He's the kind of guy that you never know what to get for his birthday or Christmas, but guys, I think I knocked it out of the park with this one!
