We use these on our kayak oats. My husband and I have the exact same oar and kayak. While his tether stays put, my tether slides up and down the oar. I can’t figure out why. The colors are true. They are handy.

Our family kayaking trip ended up being a fiasco. We had to make do with what we had to deal with some scary situations that we didn’t foresee, so we ended up using some of these to tether the kids kayaks to ours. At one point, the river was much stronger than anticipated and when some of us capsized, we had a lot of trouble getting to the bank. My husband managed to grab onto land with the last kayak, and pulled it to try and rescue the rest of us.Let me tell you.Picture the weight of SIX kayaks, being pulled by a very strong current. It didn’t even snap! WHAT?!?!?!We were gobsmacked. These are elastic and certainly not designed for such abuse!We liked them much better than our old ones with the Velcro design. We’ll be buying more of these to replace those ones!

Bon produit pour le rapport qualité/prix. L'extension semble bonne pour avoir suffisamment de liberté de mouvement sans être trop encombré par la "laisse" lors du pagayage.
