During the recent egg shortage we were looking for a mold to make egg patties for our cafe. These mold are the perfect size and shape. The material is easy to bake in and super easy to clean. We have had no issues removing the egg or leakage. The mold can be filled more or less to accommodate a thicker finished product.

These molds worked really well to make eggs quickly and easily for breakfast sandwiches. Sprayed them well with oil and set them on a baking pan before putting the eggs into them. Eggs came out super easily and the molds were easy to wash. I haven't put them in the dishwasher yet, but they aren't hard to wash by hand. As far as thickness, they were great. I just put them on the pan to avoid any chances of dropping a half dozen eggs all over the floor.

I purchased these to bake my car freshies in. They work like a charm as they are non-stick and withhold high temperatures . My freshies pop right out once cooled . Easy to clean with hot water and soap

Works great for making individual eggs to put on English muffins but need 2 eggs for a bagel. I do a light coat of oil with basting brush and put 1 egg in each well bake 350 for 15 minutes. Never had an issue with them sticking & very easy to clean. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that it is not sturdy enough to pick up/ use by itself. You Have to put it on a sheet pan Before filling or it will fold and spill.

These are one of my favorite buys from Amazon! I use them to make breakfast sandwiches. I have a family of 6. These are super easy to use. 350degrees for 15mins and you’re good to go! Make sure to spray it with something to prevent the eggs from sticking. I used avocado spray. Easy to clean and dishwasher safe.

I bought these to make eggs for breakfast sandwiches. They are perfect! I scambled my eggs and poured them evenly between the molds. They baked up beautifully and fit just right on a bagel or english muffin.

Bought to make omelet patties for easy and on the go breakfast sandwiches. They work great. First time I filled them up before transferring to a cooking sheet, won't do that again, as the mold is too flimsy it. Once I started on the cooking sheet, they worked perfectly!
