This Mag Cup is much better than the flat mag pans, in most applications, especially Vs the small round (almost) flat mag pans, because your not losing the occassional bolt or part when the flat pan is crowded_The magnet is strong, as is the flat pans, and the plastic/rubber (polymer ?) Is very durable, but slightly flexable_ I keep mine on the side of my service cart_ I'll prolly buy a few more

Definetly work, i use it to hold the chalk on my power rack and it does perfectly fine. But i bet it dies well for anything under a lb, also seems like a solid plastic look like if it fall it wont break easily so solid on my opinion. And the color i choose was bright orange and super easy to identify

Purchased this for gym chalk since identical items listed as “gym equipment†were four times the price. Works perfectly attached to the side of a power rack and has a nice dish shape to it even mounted vertically. The magnet is strong enough for a block of chalk, I can’t speak to more than that. Not as deep as it could be, but again I’m not using it exactly as intended.
So much fun stuff to buy

Great product It’s a convenience you didn't know you needed until you started using it. Now I can never be without one

I use this to hold chalk for my home gym. It has a magnet that lets me attach it to my squat rack. I wish the magnet was a little stronger but it’s fine as is.

sticks on the power rack without scuffing the powdercoat, holds chalk, those are its only jobs and it does them well

Fitness retailers are selling these for double the price to hold chalk on the squat racks. Magnet is strong so it doesn't move, but has a rubber skin so as not to damage the surface.

This works well for holding a heavy load of fasteners or sockets or whatever.Easy to store when not in use, just stick it to the side of my toolbox.Mine arrived with hanging loop broken so I just cut the broken pieces off with side cutters and filed down the rough edges.Works well for me on both vertical and horizontal surfaces.

used everyday in my workshop, saves trying to keep a pile of screws and bolts in different places while dismantling things

Bigger than i personally thought it would be, thought it was going to be a little small magnetic cup but turned out i was wrong. Cup is decent size and can hold quite a bit of small bolts. Magnet is quite powerful but this cup won't hold larger bolts. I like it for plastic clips from fenders and small trim screws as i can attach it to my hoist arm at work and almost creates a oval dish. The bright green color really stands out so loosing the cup isn't likely going to happen. Another thing i like it to be useful is sticking it to the side of my work bench and tossing loose screws and nuts in the cup. Very neat magnetic cup and very useful as it can be used for many uses at work or at home. Probably could even be used to attach to the side of the fridge to store small things in it. Otherwise a good buy for myself and have put it to use a few times already and haven't had an issue. One thing that was strange is at the bottom of the cup is a raised plastic edge on the bottom. Not sure what it is for as i assume stability.
