This was the third puller I bought to remove an old steering wheel off my 66 mustang. It work great and very sturdy.

The tool worked great the array of bolts did not include the correct bolts for a 1999 Nissan 3.3 harmonic balancer but I picked up a couple bolts from the hardware store and was back in business.

The three shouldered bolts in this kit are the only bolts designed to pull the GM Harmonic balancers that contain the crank angle sensors ( behind them. The balancer has interupter plates that trigger the sensor and most of the balancer is hollow. The only meat on the thing in all the way in the back at the engine. The holes in the front of the balancer are just large enough for these shouldered bolts. Jaw pullers should not be used, damage to the alignment of the interupters may occure.

I used for remove the harmonic balancer of a Lexus es300, and works without any effort and super easy. This particular tool kit bring the correct size bolts for this particular job. Easy to use, of coarse I saw a video of someone doing a job and using the tool.

Bought this to remove the secondary clutch on an older argo that someone forced on the shaft 20 years ago. Spent a month trying different things and nothing worked. This thing worked like a charm. Had to drill and tap some holes to mount it and then the clutch was off in about 5 minutes. Great tool and lots of choices for mounting bolts length and thread size

The frame was bending when pulling flywheel off of marine motor. I hit it with a mallet and it popped off of the tapered shaft and the frame straightened out from the relief so it’s useable again. The mandrel is well threaded and the tip and bolts are high strength steel so it should be good for a while. Good for the price point.
